What matters

Three levers for internal communications that land

A town hall has to reach everyone, enable real dialogue, and show what stuck. Each lever is backed by a concrete feature.

  1. Reach everyone

Live, as a premiere in local time, or on demand. In the browser, on mobile, or by phone.

  2. Dialogue instead of a question flood

AI labels and prioritises every question. Moderators approve before anything goes public.

  3. Prove the impact

Viewer curve, live or on demand per person, departments side by side.

Town hall today vs. town hall with a system

Status quo

One call, one chat wall, no follow-up

  • The early shift misses the slot, and the recording sits somewhere on SharePoint.
  • 300 questions in the chat. Moderators scroll, and the CEO answers whatever was seen first.
  • Afterwards you get an attendee count, but no picture of what actually landed.

With MEETYOO Show

Every question in its lane, every region on time

  • Before: access via SSO, invitation through the intranet, one premiere per region with Pseudo-live.
  • Live: questions arrive labelled (HR, IT, Strategy), and the most upvoted sit on top.
  • After: chapters within minutes, and Chat with Webcast answers follow-ups with a timestamp.

Smart Q&A

Hundreds of questions, the right ones first

Trust in leadership grows when the questions that matter get answered. Smart Q&A shows you which ones those are.

  • Every incoming question gets a coloured label automatically. Create your own, such as HR, IT, Strategy or Answer later.
  • AI scores questions by relevance, upvotes and novelty. The most important ones sit on top in the moderator view.
  • Employees upvote each other's questions, so you see what really moves the workforce.
  • Questions are approved before they go public. Several moderators share Q&A and chat.

Reach

One town hall for the early, late and night shift

Not everyone sits at a desk at 9:00, and not everyone is in the same time zone. Give every group a slot that fits.

  • Pseudo-live: you record in advance and set the start time. Everyone sees a countdown, then the recording starts in sync. Chat and Q&A run live.
  • You decide when the recording becomes available on demand.
  • Event Series bundles recurring town halls or regional repeats on one page.
  • Join in the browser without a download, on desktop, tablet and smartphone, or by phone dial-in.
  • Subtitles in the transcription language plus up to three translations.
Example: premieres at 09:00 local time in Berlin, Shanghai and Chicago, a shift bar with one Pseudo-live slot per shift, and the ways to join.

After the event

Three weeks later: the answer in 10 seconds instead of 90 minutes of video

A town hall keeps working after the date. Change communication and onboarding benefit from a recording people can actually search.

  • AI chapters with titles appear on the timeline and in the navigation a few minutes after the event ends.
  • Key moments mark passages that matter, based on sentiment and video analysis, keyword spotting and audience interaction.
  • Chat with Webcast: ask in natural language and get the answer with a timestamp link to the exact spot. It works across languages, too, for example an English question about a German webcast.
  • Summary and transcript for your intranet recap and leadership briefings.
  • Archive: retention depends on your plan, and Enterprise customers can agree custom archiving periods. Enterprise

A team lead has to explain the new strategy to her team. She asks the webcast and lands on minute 42:10.

Impact

Show leadership what landed, not just who was there

Webcast analytics give you the numbers for your leadership reporting.

  • Viewer curve, live during the event: where does attention drop?
  • Per person: live, on demand, both, or registered without a view.
  • Departments, locations and countries as segment charts, from your registration fields.
  • Devices and phone dial-in reported separately.
  • Q&A, polls, surveys and chat in one dashboard.
  • Every table as CSV.

Total live minutes add up: 1,000 people × 90 min = 1,500 hours of attention.

Analytics work at person level and as department segments. Agree with your works council which level you use for reporting.

Comparison

Teams for meetings, MEETYOO Show for the town halls that count

Teams Town Hall is enough for many internal updates. For CEO town halls with a corporate design standard, a large number of questions and a long afterlife, the differences are worth a look.

Questions about town halls

Concrete answers on reach, Q&A, security and measurement.

  • How do we reach employees without a company laptop?

Participants join in the browser on desktop, tablet or smartphone, with no download. A phone dial-in is available, too. With Pseudo-live and on-demand, people watch at a time that fits their shift. For colleagues who watch together, such as in the canteen, a production hall or a team room, the stream can run on a shared screen (Public Viewing), so nobody needs their own device.

  • Can we run a town hall for several time zones?

Yes. With Pseudo-live you premiere a recording at a set time: countdown, synchronised start, live chat and Q&A. For several regions, schedule one premiere per region and bundle them in an Event Series.

  • How does the AI question prioritisation work, and who sees the labels?

Incoming questions get labels automatically, and you can create your own. AI scores them by relevance, upvotes and novelty. Moderators see the labels and ranking, and questions are approved before they become visible to everyone.

  • Does MEETYOO Show support SSO with Azure AD?

Yes, via Azure AD and OIDC. SSO is part of the Enterprise plan. Registration and link or code access are available alongside it.

  • Where is data processed, and is AI data used for training?

Data is processed in ISO 27001-certified data centres in the EU and encrypted in transit and at rest. AI processing is GDPR-compliant, public models are not trained on your data, and raw data is deleted after processing.

  • How long do recordings stay available?

Retention depends on your plan. Enterprise customers can agree custom archiving periods.

  • Which metrics do we get for the executive board?

A live viewer curve, live, on-demand or both per person, department and location segments from your registration fields, devices and phone dial-in, total live minutes, survey results, and CSV export of every table.

  • Does MEETYOO Show replace Microsoft Teams?

No. Teams stays your tool for meetings and many internal updates. MEETYOO Show complements it for large events with a corporate design standard, many questions and a long afterlife.

  • Is the platform suitable for works meetings?

Yes. Moderated Q&A, access control and on-demand availability help with hybrid and virtual works meetings. Our guide on virtual works council meetings walks through the setup.

  • Are there subtitles and translations?

Yes, one transcription language plus up to three translation languages. Availability can depend on your plan and configuration.

  • Can you take over the production for us?

Yes. Managed production and expert support are available if you want help with the broadcast.
