Supercharge Your Webcasts with AI

Event Guru is the AI agent in MEETYOO Show, and it is live. For attendees it is Chat with Webcast: you ask the recording instead of scrubbing. For organizers it handles setup, Q&A labels, and follow-up.

On a recording, open the Event Guru button and ask your question. The answer includes a timestamp, so you jump straight to that moment. If you organize the event, invite Event Guru to the moderator list. From there you run setup, Q&A labels, and follow-up in chat, including via MCP.

Chat with Webcast is Event Guru for attendees. Viewers type natural-language questions (e.g. "What did the speaker say about pricing?") and instantly receive answers from the transcript and slides. The AI understands context, provides timestamped references, and offers deep-links so you jump straight to the relevant moment in the video.

Immediately after the session ends our AI analyses the transcript, detects topic shifts and creates a clean chapter list with titles. These chapters appear on the video timeline and inside the navigation panel so attendees can skim or re-watch the sections they care about without manual editing from the organiser.

Key Moments are visual markers on the playback timeline highlighting important sections of the stream. Like peaks emphasis phrases from the speaker, important quotes or key insights and other high-signal events. They are detected through a combination of sentiment and video analysis, keyword spotting and audience-interaction metrics, giving on-demand viewers a quick way to jump to the most impactful parts of the webcast.

Smart Labels are automatic tags (e.g. Product, Pricing, Technical, Logistics) that the AI assigns to each incoming question. This helps moderators filter, route and answer questions faster, especially in high-volume sessions.

Besides tagging, the AI also scores every question against criteria such as relevance, up-votes and novelty. Highly valuable questions bubble to the top of the moderator view so the host can focus on what matters most instead of manually scrolling through hundreds of entries.

You can prepare brand-aligned background images with AI before the event, then use them as a presenter background. During a live presentation, background removal can blur or replace the room with a selected static image; it does not generate a live scene.

No special hardware is required for the AI content tools. Attendees need a modern browser, and presenters need a standard webcam and microphone. Live visual effects can depend on the performance of the presenter device.

Transcripts and user prompts are processed in compliance with GDPR. We use ISO-27001 certified data centres located in the EU, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and purge raw audio/video after processing. No training data is fed back into public models.
